Terms of Service

We provide print-on-demand services: products are manufactured only after an order is placed. By ordering, you acknowledge items are custom-made for you.

You represent you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.

We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We strive for accurate color display but cannot guarantee your monitor's rendering. Prices may change without notice.

Production times vary because items are print-on-demand; estimated delivery dates are projections, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you once an item is handed to the carrier.

Custom-made items generally can't be returned for change of mind or size. Damaged or defective items: contact vicki@thesaltypigeon.com within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
